Since its inception in 2002, AEW has performed on over 600 projects in environmental and hazardous waste professional services for public agencies and private firms.  AEW’s principal and technical staff have over 80 years of experience collectively in the environmental, technical service areas including, but not limited to: site investigation, design and management of environmental remediation facilities and projects, lead-based paint survey, soil reuse strategy development and implementation, hazardous material and waste management, natural occurring asbestos and dust monitoring, storm water issues and regulatory compliance planning and oversight, Phases I and II environmental site assessments for property development and acquisition, third party technical review, environmental inspection for construction management, health and safety, noise monitoring, underground storage tank management and closure, site closures, environmental planning, wastewater pretreatment, and environmental databases. 

Through our projects, AEW has extensive experience working with the environmental regulatory agencies on environmental and hazardous materials issues associated with housing development.  Our strong professional working relationship with environmental regulatory agencies allows us to attain site closure status expeditiously and cost-effectively for our clients.  We are very familiar with the use of environmental risk management protocols commonly employed to govern development of multi-acres.  We also believe that our project experience on over 600 projects will allow AEW to provide technical effective solutions on this site development.
